Job Description
Performance Contracting is seeking a Contract Administrator for its PCI Albany 576 operations based in Malta, NY. This individual will be responsible for the following duties:
- Process union payroll and accounts payable
- Respond to incoming calls with excellent customer service
- New employee orientation
- Assist in contract management and provide support to Branch Manager, Project Managers and Estimators as needed
Salary range: $50,000-$65,000 annual salary
Basic Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of office administration experience
- Ability to be a self-starter and multitask
- Ability to work in team environment
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Preferred Requirements
- Experience with payroll and/or accounts payable is preferred
- Experience working in the construction industry is preferred
- New York Notary Public License
- Local to the greater Albany area
