Job Description

Performance Contracting is seeking a Contract Administrator for its PCI Albany 576 operations based in Malta, NY. This individual will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Process union payroll and accounts payable
  • Respond to incoming calls with excellent customer service 
  • New employee orientation
  • Assist in contract management and provide support to Branch Manager, Project Managers and Estimators as needed

Salary range: $50,000-$65,000 annual salary

Basic Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of office administration experience
  • Ability to be a self-starter and multitask
  • Ability to work in team environment
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience with payroll and/or accounts payable is preferred
  • Experience working in the construction industry is preferred
  • New York Notary Public License
  • Local to the greater Albany area
