Job Description
Performance Contracting is seeking a Receptionist to perform administrative functions for its PCI Portland 553 operations based in Portland, OR.
Primary responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Answering phones
- Greeting visitors
- Sort mail/UPS
- Shipping UPS packages/envelopes as needed
- Office supply ordering
- Digital filing (think cloud based moving files, renaming, scanning etc.)
- Data entry into various systems
- Safety/HSI – entering training & certification dates into employees profiles
- Accounts payable – uploading and renaming receivers
- HR – scanning and filing employee new hire paperwork
Pay: $18-22/hr
Basic Requirements:
- 1-5 years of office administrative experience.
- Ability to be a self-starter and prioritize.
- Ability to work in team environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working in the construction industry is preferred.
