Job Description

Performance Contracting is seeking a Receptionist to perform administrative functions for its PCI Portland 553 operations based in Portland, OR.  

Primary responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Answering phones
  • Greeting visitors
  • Sort mail/UPS
  • Shipping UPS packages/envelopes as needed
  • Office supply ordering
  • Digital filing (think cloud based moving files, renaming, scanning etc.)
  • Data entry into various systems
    • Safety/HSI – entering training & certification dates into employees profiles
    • Accounts payable – uploading and renaming receivers
    • HR – scanning and filing employee new hire paperwork

 

Pay: $18-22/hr

Basic Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of office administrative experience.
  • Ability to be a self-starter and prioritize.
  • Ability to work in team environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience working in the construction industry is preferred.
