Job Description

Performance Contracting is seeking a Contract Administrator for its Albany 576 operations based in Malta, NY. This individual will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Process union payroll and accounts payable.
  • Respond to incoming calls with excellent customer service .
  • New employee orientation.
  • Assist in contract management and provide support to Branch Manager, Project Managers and Estimators as needed.

Salary range: $50,000-65,000 annual salary 

Basic Requirements

  • Minimum 2 year of office administration experience.
  • Ability to be a self-starter and multitask.
  • Ability to work in team environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience with payroll and/or accounts payable is preferred.
  • Experience working in the construction industry is preferred.
  • NY Notary Public License
  • Local to the greater Albany area
