Job Description

Job duties may include: 

• Operate heavy equipment as designated: Skid steer, forklift, demolition robot, excavator
• Unload materials from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places
• Locate and remove construction debris for proper disposal
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
• Daily inspections of machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance
• Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment
• Ability to perform all job duties and associated work functions in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
• Performs other related duties as assigned
• Ability to follow instructions from supervisors and foremen
• On-the-job training offered 

This position is safety-sensitive. 

 Requirements 

• Minimum 1 year experience as power equipment operator or similar role
• Must have a current forklift certification 
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Able to withstand prolonged periods standing and working outside
• Physically able to perform assigned tasks
• Must have reliable transportation
